Table Numbers Freebie

In an effort to "step up" my cooperative learning strategies, I created table signs to help me when calling on groups and individuals.  I simply roll two dice on my interactive board and from the numbers on the dice, I call on students.  (e.g.: "Table 3 Number 4, etc)  I included fuzzy phone photos of the numbers in my classroom.

My goal is to create an entire classroom collection with my new favorite theme...Chevron Chalkboard!  For now, download the table numbers free in my tpt store.  :)

God's Plan

Thinking about Rhett and how hard it was for my sister made me think of some printables I made for myself to remind me God has a plan for my life.  The prints are there to remind me on hard days that I have a purpose...my life has a purpose.

Both prints I saw on Pinterest and created to go in my house/classroom.

Subway Print

In one month it will be my youngest niece's birthday. Rhett will be turning one! She was born premature and we plan to celebrate her first year very soon!  I made a subway print to announce all the important info of her birth.  She sure is a cutie!!

Below is a picture when she was about 6 weeks old.  She certainly has changed a lot in the last year!

Teacher Toolbox Gray Chevron

I created a new and improved template for my teacher toolbox. It's an editable file so you can personalize it. All I did was print on card stock and laminate. Then I slid each card into the front of each drawer. No tape required...at least in my opinion!

My current toolbox which I will change one of these days.

Tic-Tac-Toe Valentines

My sister found a neat idea on Pinterest and asked me to recreate it for her girls for Valentine's Day.  I had fun working on the valentines for my sweet little nieces.  :)

The original Pinterest idea.

Another sweet niece who makes me smile! :)
Oh wait...here's another picture of the cuties from above!!

Not Without Owls

Even with all the chevron and rock and roll, I just couldn't bear to part with some of the owls from last year.

Rock and Roll Theme

This year our school voted to go with a rock and roll theme.  After compiling pinterest ideas I got busy creating!  All of these displays are available on tpt.  Just click the photos!

Each time a student reaches "You're a Rock Star," they receive a punch on their card.  When the card is full, a reward will follow!

Chevron Classroom 2013-14

The very first day you could order chevron border from creative teaching press was the day I placed my order.  That was July of 2013 and I am still so happy with my plan to go completely chevron this year!
